Disposable Syringe Mold Usage Instructions, Precautions and Maintenance

1. Usage: This mold is used to produce disposable medical syringes with a capacity of 1ml to 50ml. The mold has a high degree of precision and a long service life, ensuring that the syringes produced are of uniform quality.

2. Precautions:

- Before using the mold, make sure that it is clean, dry and free of foreign matter or residue.
- Follow the instructions for lubricating the mold components before use.
- Always use the designated injection molding machine and follow the recommended process parameters.
- Keep the temperature and humidity of the production area stable, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, or cold.
- If any abnormal noise, vibration, or other issues occur during operation, immediately stop the machine, inspect the mold, and fix the problem before continuing production.
- Always use safety equipment such as gloves and eye protection when handling the mold or the syringe components.

3. Maintenance:

- Regularly check the mold for signs of wear, damage, or rust.
- If any components are damaged or worn out, replace them immediately with genuine parts from the manufacturer.
- Clean the mold regularly with a soft brush or cloth and mild detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the mold surface.
- When not in use, store the mold in a dry, clean, and ventilated area, away from sources of dust or moisture.
- At the end of each production run, inspect the mold for any excess resin or burrs that may have accumulated, and remove them using a fine sandpaper or file if necessary.
